Return and Refund Policy

At Venrumer, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return
Contact us at bethanie1116@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final-sale items, and products damaged through misuse.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bethanie1116@outlook.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
